Baby Mater's room is almost done, and they needed to put up the baby bed in there, so that means, I got a new big boy bed!!!

Pop brought it over out of storage and him and mama set it all up!!!

That night daddy made a TENT out of my new bed!!! it's the best thing ever, and I've slept in my tent every night since then!!!

Guess what my Nanny bought me!!! Yep, a fish!! She said I needed my own "fish friend" so, she took me to the store to pick it out. I picked the blue one and Morgie picked a red one. Mine is named "Dori"...and Morgies is named "Nemo"....we love our fish!

And I love to get up on my desk and look down at Dori swimming and feed her too!!!

Well, it's official, I'm potty training! Yep....at school I dont have an accident all day! I only wear diapers at nap time! I'm a big boy! But at home, it's a little different...sometimes I forget I need to potty and I have accidents! But it's ok, at least I'm learning.

Saturday at the Kart Ranch!

MiMi and Paw Paw and Aunt Lacy took me to the Kart Ranch on Saturday for my friend Hallie's birthday party! Mom came to meet us between photoshoots! I had so much fun!!!

I played in the balls, all by myself, jumped in the fun jump, climbed the ropes, and slid down the slides!! oh yeah!!!! THEN, my paw paw took me on the Go Kart! Wow!!!!!! I guess I was a bit tired, and time for my afternoon nap, because that vibration in the go kart when we were going around the track put me to sleep!!! ha! Not a great right hand driver, I guess! I'll learn one day!

Well, mama is slightly addicted to onion rings right now! Guess my baby sister/brother likes those alot!! So, last week after school she took me to Sonic! I got to get out of my seat and order all by myself! I like sonic! They have lots of pictures on the menu and I can reach it! So I pointed out what I wanted!!!! Corn Dog and French Fries! Yum!!!!! I got to order it too, I said "chocolate milk please!" and the lady came out and said " I believe this chocolate milk is for you!" She was really nice. And mom put my chocolate milk in my sippy cup, gave me a french fry and strapped me in!
I love Sonic!!!!!!

Baby Ella came to sleep!

I liked to play pretend with my "baby elephant" in Ellas chair when she wasnt in it. I gave my baby milk and read books to my baby!!! I'm gonna be a great big brother!

Even daddy enjoyed some 'baby time'.....

And mama let me give Ella her milk once!!! She loves me!!!

Then Nanny came over, and it was time to play like a big kid! No more baby play!!! Nope!

I put on nannys sweatshirt (cause I'm cool like that), and my "cowboy hat????" (that's what he calls it, crazy!) And went running around the house!

Touchdown!!! Landed in mommys bed! It was a fun night with baby ella and a fun morning with my nanny too!!!!

This saturday Daddy took me to the Carencro Mardi Gras Parade!!! It was cold when we got there, but warmed up fast! Uncle Joe, Angela and the girls were in town for the parade too, so we got to stand with them! I caught lots and lots of beads and TOYS!!! I love the toys!!! I even got a little sunburn during the parade too. Mom met us there towards the end of the parade and helped us carry all my beads to the car!

That was a fun day with daddy and my cousins! Thanks dad, your the best!

Happy Valentines Day everyone!!!!!

This morning mom dressed me all fancy for my valentines party at school!!! She even made me these cool treats with my name on the tag...all Ed Hardy Style!! Ha!

Well, when we woke up, it was snowing!!! Yep, middle of February, and it was snowing! Too bad I have a cold and mom didnt want me out in the snow....but she let me stand by the open doors to take a picture...but just when mom thought it was safe, I darted out into the back yard....and ran through the snow! It was so much fun...UNTIL....mom caught me and drug me back to the porch and daddy fussed at me because my feet were all muddy. Oh well, it was worth it, I played in the snow!!!

Now, it's off to my valentines party to collect all my yummy treats!!!! See ya!!

We've been watching lots of movies....I think it's all pop's fault...he playes "movie rental" with me...and lets me 'check out' one movie at a time and put it in the DVD player in my room at his house all by myself!!!! I even get to take one home sometimes, which makes daddy happy too, because they're usually ones he hasnt seen before either!

Last week I brought home Wall-E...and daddy was excited! But looks like daddy and I were too full on our mexican food from dinner, because neither of us made it through the movie! Mom found us laying in the recliner like this about halfway through the movie...ooops!!!

Christmas Eve was a party at our house. All of daddy's family came over in their pj's and we had a Christmas Eve Celebration! Maddox had fun helping EVERYONE to open their presents and helping to pass out the presents. He got lots and lots of super cool presents, including a cool CARS tent that is up in his room!!! how fun!!!

Well, today was my real birthday!! And I had a great day! I woke up with mommy and daddy and got lots of birthday wishes and kisses. Then mom took me to the store and I got to pick out my own cupcakes to bring to school! At school all my friends sang to me and watched me blow out my candles and we all ate cupcakes!!!

Then mom picked me up early and we went to the toy store and I got to pick out any toy I wanted!!! I picked a cool red race car....vrooommm!!!! Then we went home and played and took a nap!

Unfortunetly, I got sick on the way to go see Santa....that was supposed to be my big event for my birthday....but it's ok, I had a great day anyway and got to snuggle in bed with mom and dad all night long! Happy 2nd birthday to me!!!!!!

We had a great Thanksgiving this year...Lots of family, food and fun!
Thanksgiving morning while daddy was cooking up some food for the big family dinner, mom and I played outside with Bentley...well, mama had her camera of course and she got some new favorite pictures of me! The one of me and bentley on the front porch is going to be blown up HUGE in our living room! We cant wait!

Maddox was Melmo for halloween...of course!

We were invited to a friends neighborhood where there were LOTS of kids! Melmo rode in the wagon with a ninja and a witch! Watch out! He got 2 big bags FULL of candy! Daddy was excited! After trick or treat, we ate hotdogs and danced to the music from the dj.

Baby Josie made her appearance Sunday morning around 8:00. 8lb, 1 oz and so beautiful!!!

Maddox thinks she's "purdy". And he loves her!!!! We all love her and cant wait to play with her everyday!

(oh, and Josie took Maddox's nuni (wink, wink)....oh no, he's a little upset with her right now....but he'll get over it soon! Yeah! no more nuni....we're a big boy now!!!)

Mamas friend Jennifer and her husband Billy came in town to visit last weekend. We decided to hang out on the back porch a little while, and somehow, I fell into the mud! Oh no!!! (HA!), so Jiffy convinced mom to just 'let me play in it'...and so I did! And I chased mom around the yard trying to make her all muddy!
Then mom got out the hose! Uh oh!! But it was FUN!!!! I wanted her to spray me all day! I even got thirsty and took a sip or two! ahhhh!!!
Then it was time to strip me down and throw me in the tub. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted!

Another party this weekend! My buddy Ki's birthday party...so much fun! It was raining when the party started, so I showed up in my rain boots for sport...but the rain finally stopped and we got to go outside and play. Ki and Sloan have the BEST outside toys to ride, there was plenty for everyone, and we even got to feed the cows...they say "booooooo" HA!
Oh, and I LOVE that big fan! Cools me off and makes great noises when I talk into it!

Parrains Birthday

Parrains birthday is this month to. Sunday we all went to Nanas for lunch with GG and everyone. I got to blow out the candles again! I love August! So many candles to blow!
I helped Parrain open his presents and momma even got presents because her birthday is next week!
Then we went outside to play. Parrain let me play in the pond. He dipped me in, then I sat on the side and kikicked and splashed! So much fun!

Baby's Sick

I was sick this week. High fever at night, and I couldnt sleep. Mommy took me to the doctor and they couldnt find out the problem, so they sent me to the hospital to run some tests.
The nurse there is NOT my bestfriend. She took my blood and stuck a long stick up my nose. Me and mommy both cried! Thank god NaNa came to help us out! She always saves the day. At least I got a Diego sticker and I got to go home and play with nana afterwards.
The best news was, I was ok. Just a sinus infection. Nothing a little medicine cant fix.
Mommy even bought me some toys for being a big boy during the tests! (and because she felt so bad that they tortured her baby!) I got a Diego, a Dora and a BOOTS toy!! I love boots (or "booths" like I say!)
Thank you mama, I love you! And I'm not mad at you for holding me so tight while they poked me!

Tonight was nanas birthday! Happy birthday nana!! Morgie cooked a yummy roast and we got nana some ice cream and cookies! My First Rubber Boots!

Parrain and Holly came over on sunday on their way home from their beach vacation. Guess what they brought me....my first pair of rubber boots! And how COOL are these!! Every little boy needs a pair of rubber boots for sure, but how many little boys can say they have a super cool pair of firetruck rubber boots like me! I love my boots!!!
I ran around and around the yard in my new boots. And now we keep them in the car, I like to hold them and look at them, they're so fun!!!! I cant wait to wear these everywhere I go!!

Maddox always gets great stuff!!!! Oh yeah! This weekend me and mommy took a trip to Houston...yep, a girls trip (and me of course). I got to hang out with Mrs Joyce and Mr Ian at the ZOOOOOO while mommy and Schmern went shopping!!! I had a great day and so did she, and look at all these fun things she brought back for me!!!

First, I got new shoes...because I need them (mom says I have to stop crying to wear my crocks so I can take them off when I want to...booo)
These are my cool new Stride Rite shoes....I'm a big boy now!

Then, I got this new table! How cool is this, ,i love IKEA! My highchair is toast, and now I'm a real big kid with my big boy table in the kitchen! This is me snackin on my raisins and milk! oh yea!

And these cool puzzles~ I love puzzles and mom found these cool little ones that I think are so much fun! I already know how to do them all! Because I'm super smart!

Then, the best one of all...my NEW CHAIR!!! I love it! Bring on the books, because I have the best spot in the house to curl up with a good Elmo book!! I keep my chair in the living room right next to my daddy's new recliner. (And my chair is cooler than daddies!) Check it out!

The Bench....

This bench has been around as long as I have. Technically, it's Nana's....she brought it over when I was only 2 weeks old for a photoshoot with Melissa Andries....and it's stayed here ever since. Tonight mommy let me and Bentley play on the bench while she caught some shots to compare me to the size I was the first time I played on this bench! The Melissa Andries picture is hanging beautifully in the living room...but this is a fun little side by side! (And a few others from me and Bentley playing on the bench!)

Mom found this little outfit at an Antique Store this weekend and of course, we had to have a photoshoot!!! But this one was fun! Mom and Nana took me to Aunt Ednadeens house! We just completed our first summer of swimming lessons and I loved it!!!! I learned how to blow alligator bubbles, how to go under water! And how to JUMP OFF THE DIVING BOARD!!! I had so much fun!!! Daddy brought me the first day of lessons and he had so much fun, he came back again all week!!!

I got a big boy bed!!! I didnt like my baby bed and mama and daddy were tired of me sleeping with them, so they made a big boy bed for me....and I love it! Mommy or Daddy lay down with me until I fall asleep and I sleep in my own bed all night! Such a BIG BOY!!!!

We took a family vacation with all of daddy's family. MiMi, Paw Paw, Aunt Lacy, Uncle Kyle, and all of mimi's family rented a houseboat on Lake Quacitaw in Arkansas. It was so much fun!!! We swam in the lake and in the hot tub, watched movies, tanned, had a campfire, and so much more! We cant wait to go back again!!!

The Laundry Chute

Tonight (while in my pj's) mommy showed daddy how I like to play in the laundry chute....well, daddy took it to another level and taught me how to climb UP the chute, and SLIDE back down! Well, this is a great game and I cried when they made me stop. I love to slide, and I've been wanting mama to get me one of those great slides for the backyard, but since she hasnt' I guess I'll have to play with my cool new slide INSIDE!! Oh yeah!!

Sunday was picture day!! We had a photoshoot with our friend Reese Maria. But on the way to the photoshoot, we stopped off in a grain field of some sort and got a few pictures. Today was not my best day, and I was hungry and a little upset. So my face is not so pretty, but the pictures are still nice. I'm sorry I was so ugly for my mommy, I made up for it by being quiet on the rainy afternoon!

Friday night I got to go out to eat with mama and daddy. We went to Olive Garden and I ate half of mommy's lasagna! Then daddy had a great idea to stop and get Ice Cream. We went to a new ice cream place...it was SO COOL!!! I ate mommy and daddys ice cream and ran around the cool colored arches outside. So much fun!!! I thought it was fun to press my ice cream face against the front door and yell at the people inside. Everyone thought I was hillarious (except the workers who were probably mad about all the face prints I left on the glass!!!)

This sunday mom, nana, nana sharyn and pop took me to the Conge in Grand Coteau. Pop had his car in the carshow. We played with the cars a while, then we walked over to the petting zoo. I love the animals! Then pop took me to play the carnival games! We played all our tickets and won a sliky and a pinwheel!!! It was a great day~!

This past weekend mom blew up 2 of my little pools and brought out my tunnel and we played outside! Nana and Pop came over to play too, and Daddy.

At first I wasnt sure about this water thing, but soon, I was splashing around and going through the tunnel. I cant wait to get a sprinkler to run through!

After swimming and playing for over an hour, I sat down in my lawn chair and kicked my feet up to relax. Mom turned on my favorite CD and I shook my booty to the music...and splashed my feet too!

We had a great day!!!

He loves to play with this toy (thanks aunt carla!!). He follows me around the house begging me to press all the buttons and open all the doors....and he acts excited about each one opening...he shakes!!! Dont know why!
Then he closed them all and begs me to open them again....its a fun game!

We went to Houston to visit Aunt Schmern for Valentines day weekend....mommy, daddy and schmern took me to the dog adoption place in the village.

(I have lots and lots of updates, but havent had much time to post them....I'm getting to it though!!!)

On Friday afternoons, me and mommy always do something special. Last week we went to the library!(wait until you see those pictures!), this week we played outside. I love outside! Mrs. Becky takes the whole class outside everyday now and I am loving it! I am so tired when mommy picks me up I never make it home before I pass out!

Another fun photoshoot at Nana's house! I had so much fun hanging out by the fish pond of course, or should we call it the dog pond! All animals are dogs you know....or they are "DOOOG's".

Mom brought my spring rocking horse outside and I got to run around with her and Nana while she got some great pictures!

Happy Birthday aunt Morgie!!!

Mom, Aunt Morgie and Josh left me with Nana and went to Lake Charles to celebrate Aunt Morgie's 21st birthday!! They stopped at Paw Paw Buffords house for cake and lunch, then headed to the Casino for the night. They waited until midnight then flashed her ID to get her into the casino when she was 21! They had lots of fun, and were back on Sunday for dinner with me at NaNa's house! (And more cake of course!!!) I love birthdays!

My first Haircut!!

New Years Eve!

For new years eve, we went to our neighbors house in the neighborhood. There was lots of food and lots of kids to play with! I followed the kids around the house all night, even though I was the youngest by about 6 years! I can walk now and I struggled to keep up with them, but I did it all night long! I finally passed out around 11:30 and my daddy woke me up at midnight to tell me Happy New Years.

My Nanny's Graduation

My Nanny graduated from UL in Nursing on December 20th.
We went to the graduation ceremony and posed for lots of pictures afterwards! It was so much fun and we are all so proud of her! Although, we are a little sad because she is moving to Dallas next weekend to take a job at a hospital there. She will be amazing nurse, but we will miss seeing her whenever we want to!

On this same day, one year later, God held my great Granny Elisabeths hand as she left this amazing world to be with him in Heaven.

Today is my real birthday!!!

I slept at my MiMi and Paw Paw's house last night while mommy and daddy went to their Christmas party. Mommy came early to tell me Happy birthday! And aunt lacy was there too!!

Mommy even made me a cool shirt that says "I'm one today!" We took a few pictures before we left for Mrs Becky's of course!

After daycare, mom picked me up and we got my first happy meal!! yeah!!!

Today, it snowed! Mommy and Daddy woke up super early and watched the snow fall down while I was sleeping.
Unfortunetly I'm sick with a cold, so I couldnt play in the snow, but mommy took me outside to see the snow and to snap a quick picture of course!

Festival Of Trees 11/19/08

Mommy, Daddy, Morgie, Josh and Mrs Cindy all took me to the Festival of Trees at River Ranch! They had lots of decorated Christmas trees available for auction inside. There were crafts for kids, a balloon man, hot chocolate and cookies and Santa!!

The photographer said I "Stole the Show" when I got on Santas laps and was all grins! Most of the kids there were screaming on his lap, but not me.....I thought it was fun!

Mom and Dad are going to take me to see lots of santas this year! Stay tuned for even more santa pics throughout the month!

Elmo Live!!!!

Me and my buddy Sloan, and our mamas all went to Sesame Street Live Elmo on Friday night!

I had so much fun!!! I stood on mommys lap and danced and pointed for an hour and a half! It was a blast! I got a cool elmo balloon and ate lots of cheetos during the show!

My Nana- The Survivor!

My Nana is the strongest person I know! And prayers are the most powerful thing there is!

Within a matter of 2 weeks, Nana found out she had colon cancer, scheduled the surgery and it was removed. It all happened so fast, but with tons of prayers, and a great doctor....God performed another miracle!

As of today, she is Cancer Free!

Nana was so afraid of the "C" word that she wouldn't even say it out-loud for the past 2 weeks, and now, look at her, she beat it!

I guess she wont be so afraid of that word now, since she gets to scream the word "SURVIVOR" after it!

Thanks to everyone for all of your prayers and support, thanks to the doctors who found it so quickly and removed it so wonderfuly, and thanks the most to God, for watching over my Nana through it all!

Congratulations Nana, your a survivor!

We had a big party at our house. Lots of our neighbors and friends came over for food and fun!

I was a puppy and a ghost...I even had a wardrobe change. I had so much fun will all of the people and I got to stay up late! It was all so much fun!

I have two halloween costumes....a puppy and a turtle.
The puppy costume was lent to my mama by a friend. Then she bought the turtle costume in case it was too warm outside for haloween to wear the puppy costume.

Well, what will the weather dress me as for halloween? Anybody want to take a guess?
If it's cold outside, I will be a puppy on Friday night.
If it's not cold outisde, I might just be a turtle!

Mommy tried them both on tonight...I didnt like being dressed up, but I had fun crawling/sliding around in my suits!

I have one favorite book: "My first bible stories"
I drag it around everywhere...and make mommy read it to me.
Mommy counts the things on each page. She points at them and says "One angel, Two angels..." etc.
My new favorite thing to do is open the book and read it myself. I point at the things on the page and make small noises with my mouth....I'll be counting out loud before you know it!

And I have big boy winter pajamas too....arent they cool!!!

Well, it all started as an innocent game of dress up at nana's house with Morgie. She found this tutu in the dress up box in the back bedroom. She put it on over my clothes and we all thought it was hillarious. Then we kept digging in the box and found some devil horns. I danced and played in the mirror in my new outift and gave my nanny, nana, morgie and mama a huge laugh.
We decided to wait for daddy to get there to show him my new outfit before we went to a halloween party.
Well, daddy saw me and thought I was so funny he wanted to bring me to the party in my tutu!!
I was a hit at the party too! One little boy told me I was so cute, he thought I was a girl! I was hillarious!!!
I will probably be very mad at mommy and daddy for this one day, but for now, it was alot of fun!

PS: Wouldnt I be a really cute girl?? All jokes aside?! HA!

I was a scary ghost at the zoo this weekend!!!

Sunday, I went with my friend Sloan, and mommy and Mrs. Brandi to the Zoo for, Boo at the Zoo!!! It was so much fun!!! I got to ride in the little red wagon (my favorite part of the whole day!) with Sloan. We rode around the zoo and got lots of candy in our trick or treat pails!!

Well, at Mrs Becky's house I eat meatball stew, gumbo, spaghetti and lots of great home cooked lunches!!! But my mama doesnt cook much and my daddy is scared for me to eat big food, so I eat lots of crackers and cookies at home! Baby food does not interest me much, and mama can barely get half a jar down at dinner time. But I can eat about 4 crackers and then a few cookies after that. Theyr'e so much fun, but SUCH a mess!!!!
